From the Reviewer

We absolutely love these running shoes: there lightweight, highly flexible, and running in them feels like having socks on and nothing else. One thing we was really amazed was that because of the design of the shoe, it helps to  conditions you to have a good running form, the curve at the heel corrects any heavy strides. Anyone who runs avidly will understand that landing to heavily on your heels will injured your hamstrings and these shoes practically fix that; well for us at least.

These aren’t really advertised as casual shoes so my rating is based solely on running performance.

One small hiccup is that they run a little small though and we suggest a .5 size up as the shoe gives a very snug fit on the sides and near the tip of the shoe.

This shoe is excellent for Crossfit, Gym workout and for Running but do be advice that one needs to transition into them for awhile before they can wear the Realflex 2.0 for a Half or even full marathon. Take the time to break in and improve your running form in them first before going for longer distance.

We suggest breaking them with a few training / run session to looser the fit before running a race in them. Overall a great product
