This vital information will go a long way towards successful endurance running- whether you’re a novice, attempting you’re 1st 10km or a seasoned marathon veteran chasing a personal best time, come and learn!

To Bring:

  1. Sports Attire and shoes
  2. Own stopwatch
  3. Own water bottle
  4. Exercise Mat (Optional)

Learn simple running drills & core exercises that everyone can include in their own programme! This will develop good running technique and allow you to hold your form all the way through the run.

Coach Shem will also guide you through an interval session that will highlight the importance of speed work for the distance runner.You will need to be in your running gear and bring a water-bottle, exercise mat and stop watch for this session.
