  1. Running is great cardio exercise to burn fat, regulate metabolism and to reduce body weight. Running makes heart and lungs strong and reduce the risk of depression, anxiety, cardiovascular disease, certain types of cancer and diabetes. Running increase stamina and tone legs muscles.
